Raven Moreau is a guest-starring character in Season Two of Witches of East End. She is revealed to be a FBI agent in East End investigating a string of murders.

Raven is described as a "smart, confident and in control". Her character is on a lifelong secret mission. Raven will also get attracted to one of the Gardiner boys that could sabotage her whole plan to accomplish her mission. However, those qualities may dwindle once she gets to East End.
